Dowsing Pendulums

I began making and listing dowsing pendulums in my Etsy shop today.  I figured that since I've always loved color, rocks, crystals and beads, and since I'm a dowser, it just makes sense.  I actually dowse each one when it's complete to be sure I get a positive response; otherwise, it's back to the drawing board!  

It's something I've been pondering for awhile, but I finally made my mind up after reading a very cool message on Facebook this morning.  Here it is...

Snow Poem

We're due for another Nor'easter this Thursday.  This poem is dedicated to all of my friends who hate winter and dream about summer every single day!  

Strong Words

This is a picture of a note I have on my desk at work.  Every year in 6th grade we read The Watsons Go To Birmingham, 1963, and this is a quote from the older brother to the younger brother towards the end of the book.   It is such a strong message and I love it.

Winter Ride in the Country
