Bob and I sat out by the fire with the dog for three hours earlier tonight talkingandtalkingandtalking. It was quiet, peaceful, cool, smelling of the earlier rainfall...the perfect way to end the week. Add to that the five dozen chocolate chip cookies that I baked and you've got a just-right day.

We were just saying yesterday taht it was about bonfire time. Nothing beats a good bonfire and add choclate chip cookies to the mix. It just doesn't get any better than that, does it?
